	Brant G. Pour, MA Econ., ICIA - President Brant started Padgett Business Services of Downtown Toronto in 1993. He graduated with honours in 1975 from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom), where he received a Masters Degree in Economics and Finance. Brant is also a member of the Guild of Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Accountants since 1993. Brant started his carrier in business management consulting, after obtaining his MA in Economics and Finance in UK. He worked on numerous international industrial feasibility studies and investment projects, in the capacity of Senior Project Manager and Division Director. Prior to opening his Padgett Business Services practice, Brant worked with Gionet Mellor Leibich Associates as the Director of Business Development, and as a Professor in the Faculty of Commerce at Concordia University, in Montreal Quebec. Brant has over 17 years of solid tax and accounting experience, serving numerous small business retail and service clients in Toronto. His extensive practical knowledge of small business accounting and tax issues, coupled with over 35 years of management accounting experience in the consulting industry, has made him a trusted business advisor among many owner-managed businesses in Toronto. Brant is fluent in English, and Farsi, and has passion in music. He is a good drummer and currently he is playing Classical and Flamenco Guitar.	Mina Reydman, BComm - VP of Operations Joined Padgett Business Services of Downtown Toronto in 2009. In 2000, Mina graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. Shortly thereafter, she successfully completed her Uniform Final Examinations, gained the accredited experience, and became a Chartered Accountant with the Ontario Institute (ICAO). Mina continues to be a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). Mina has successfully completed the entire CICA In-Depth Tax program. Before joining Padgett Business Services Toronto in 2009, Mina worked for 10 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP – one of the largest professional services organizations in the world offering audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services. She oversaw several large public and private corporate audits and reviews. She then spent the last 6 years specializing in Canadian corporate, and personal income tax. Her extensive experience includes corporation reorganizations, estate planning, voluntary disclosure filings, personal and corporate income tax compliance and planning (including remuneration strategies for owner-managed businesses). Mina is also very devoted to her community. She has volunteered for numerous CICA tax clinics for low income families, and has also taught tax at the ICAO’s School of Accountancy for aspiring Chartered Accountants. Furthermore she has volunteered in the following fundraising events: United Way of Toronto, CIBC Run for the Cure, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Mina is fluent in English, proficient in French and Farsi.
